Payment Methods
Add a payment method to pay for usage above the free tier. ClickSpot uses Stripe for secure payment processing.
Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Add Payment Method
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout
- Enter your card details
- Complete the checkout
After adding a payment method, you'll be redirected back to ClickSpot.
Updating Your Payment Method
To change your payment method:
- Go to Billing
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details in Stripe's checkout
The new payment method replaces your existing one.
Accepted Payment Methods
Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region and Stripe's supported options.
When You Need a Payment Method
A payment method is required when:
- Your usage exceeds the free tier (10,000 redirects/month)
- You want to ensure uninterrupted service
You can add a payment method at any time, even before exceeding the free tier.
Security
Your payment information is protected:
- Stripe processing - We never see or store your full card details
- PCI compliant - Industry-standard security
- Encrypted - All payment data is encrypted in transit
Billing Email
Set a billing email on the Billing page to receive invoices and payment notifications. This can be different from your account email.
