Understanding Workspaces
Workspaces are containers for your links, domains, and team members. Use them to organize different projects, clients, or departments.
What's in a Workspace?
Each workspace contains its own:
- Links - Short links created in this workspace
- Domains - Custom domains configured for this workspace
- Tags - Tags for organizing links
- UTM Templates - Saved UTM parameter presets
- Members - Team members with access to this workspace
- Analytics - Click data for all links in the workspace
- Billing - Usage and subscription for this workspace
Your First Workspace
When you sign up, we create a workspace for you automatically. You can rename it, customize its color, and start creating links right away.
Creating Additional Workspaces
You might want multiple workspaces if you:
- Manage links for different clients
- Separate personal and business links
- Have distinct teams or departments
- Want separate billing for different projects
To create a new workspace:
- Click your workspace name in the sidebar
- Select "Create workspace"
- Enter a name and choose a color
Switching Between Workspaces
Click your current workspace name in the sidebar to see all your workspaces. Click any workspace to switch to it. Your links, analytics, and settings will update to show that workspace's data.
Workspace Settings
In workspace settings you can:
- Rename - Change the workspace name
- Change color - Pick from 6 colors for visual organization
- Set default domain - Choose which domain new links use by default
- Delete - Permanently remove the workspace and all its data
