Editing & Managing Links
Keep your links organized and up-to-date. Edit destinations, update tags, and find links quickly.
Finding Links
Search
Use the search bar to find links by destination URL, short code, or any text in comments. Search results update as you type.
Filter by Tags
Click on a tag to see only links with that tag. You can also use the tag filter in the toolbar to select multiple tags.
Filter by Domain
If you have multiple domains, filter to show links for a specific domain only.
Show Archived
By default, archived links are hidden. Toggle "Show archived" to include them in your view.
Editing a Link
Click on any link to open its detail page. From there you can edit:
- Destination URL - Change where the link redirects to
- Short code - Update the custom slug (the link URL changes)
- Tags - Add or remove tags
- Comments - Update internal notes
- Expiration - Set or remove an expiration date
- Password - Add, change, or remove password protection
- UTM parameters - Update tracking parameters
Changes are saved when you click "Save". The short URL itself only changes if you modify the domain or short code.
Archiving Links
Archive links you're no longer using to keep your dashboard clean. Archived links:
- Still work - Visitors can still access them
- Still track - Clicks are still recorded
- Are hidden - They don't appear in your default link list
To archive a link, click the three-dot menu and select "Archive". To restore it, show archived links and click "Unarchive".
Deleting Links
Deleting a link permanently removes it. The short URL will stop working immediately and return a 404 error.
Warning: Deletion cannot be undone. All click data for the link is also deleted. If you might need the link again, archive it instead.
Sorting Links
Links are sorted by creation date. Use the sort button to toggle between newest first and oldest first.
