Managing Existing Members

Changing a Member's Role

Owners can change roles for other members:

  1. Find the member in the Team Members table
  2. Use the role dropdown to change between Owner and Member

Note: You cannot change the role of the last remaining owner.

Removing a Member

  1. Find the member in the Team Members table
  2. Click the menu
  3. Select Remove member
  4. Confirm the removal

Removed members:

  • Lose access immediately
  • Cannot see workspace links or analytics
  • Can be re-invited if needed
  • Links they created remain in the workspace

Tips for Team Collaboration

  • Invite trusted collaborators - Members have full access to create and modify links
  • Use work emails - Work emails help identify team members
  • Clean up inactive members - Remove people who no longer need access
  • Use separate workspaces for clients - Keep different projects isolated
